ヤンソンの誘惑 レシピ Janssons Frestelse
【材料】 ４人分
じゃがいも大４こ、たまねぎ大１こ、バター10g、牛乳300cc、缶詰のアンチョビ50g、生クリーム1/3カップ、塩、コショウ少々、油【作り方】
１．オーブンを200度程度にして予熱しておく。２．たまねぎと、皮をむいたじゃがいもを細長くスライスして、軽く塩、コショウしながら油で炒めておく。
３．グラタン皿（耐熱容器でもよい）にバターを塗り、２の半量を乗せ、その上にアンチョビを乗せる。
４．３に残りの半量を乗せる。
５．４に牛乳をかけ、さらに生クリームをかける。
６．５にパン粉をふりかける。
７．200度のオーブンで30分～45分ほど焼いて出来上がり。
